1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Sol Express services or the SOLTRACK platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Sol Express provides international freight forwarding and parcel logistics services. Our services include:

  • Collection and consolidation of goods at origin warehouses
  • International air and sea cargo transport
  • Customs clearance support
  • Last-mile delivery via certified local partners
  • Real-time shipment tracking via the SOLTRACK platform

3. Customer Obligations

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete shipment information
  • Ensure all goods comply with applicable customs and import regulations
  • Not ship prohibited or restricted items (see our Prohibited Items Policy)
  • Pay all applicable fees, duties, and taxes on time

4. Limitation of Liability

Sol Express liability for loss or damage to shipments is limited to the declared value of the goods, up to a maximum of USD 75 per shipment unless additional insurance has been arranged in writing. We are not liable for:

  • Delays caused by customs authorities or force majeure events
  • Loss or damage caused by improper packaging by the sender
  • Consequential, indirect, or special damages of any kind
  • Delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information

5. Payment

All service fees are due as agreed at the time of booking. Payments are processed securely via Airwallex. By making a payment, you agree to Airwallex's terms of service in addition to these terms.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Hong Kong.
