1. Service Coverage

Sol Express provides international freight forwarding services for shipments across multiple origins and destinations worldwide. Please contact us to confirm availability for your specific route.

2. Transit Times

Standard estimated transit time is 7–21 business days, depending on:

  • Origin location and collection point
  • Customs clearance duration at destination
  • Last-mile delivery zone at destination
  • Public holidays at origin or destination

Transit time estimates are indicative only and are not guaranteed. Sol Express is not liable for delays outside our control.

3. Tracking

All shipments handled by Sol Express receive a unique tracking number (format: ECSE########). You can track your shipment in real time at sol-track.com. Tracking events are updated throughout the journey, from collection at origin through last-mile delivery at destination.

4. Customs & Duties

All shipments are subject to customs inspection and import duties at the destination country. The recipient is responsible for all applicable customs duties, VAT, and import taxes. Sol Express will assist with customs documentation but is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities or for customs fees imposed on the recipient.

5. Packaging

It is the responsibility of the sender to ensure goods are adequately packaged for international transport. Sol Express is not liable for damage resulting from inadequate or improper packaging.

6. Delivery Attempts

Our local last-mile partners will make up to two delivery attempts. If delivery is unsuccessful, the shipment will be held at a local depot or pickup point for up to 7 days before being destroyed. Additional delivery attempts or address changes may incur extra charges.
