Absolutely Prohibited

• Weapons, firearms, ammunition, and explosives of any kind
• Narcotics, controlled substances, and illegal drugs
• Counterfeit goods, pirated materials, and trademark-infringing products
• Human remains, organs, or biological specimens (without permits)
• Live animals
• Pornographic or obscene materials
• Goods that violate applicable import laws or international sanctions

Restricted Items (Require Prior Approval)

The following items may be shipped only with prior written approval from Sol Express and must comply with all applicable regulations:

• Lithium batteries (standalone — not inside devices)
• Flammable liquids, gases, or aerosols
• Medicines and pharmaceutical products
• Food products and perishables
• High-value goods exceeding USD 1,000 declared value
• Electronic cigarettes and vaping products
• Dietary supplements and health products
• Any goods subject to import licensing requirements at the destination country

Hazardous Materials

Sol Express does not ship IATA-classified dangerous goods unless expressly agreed in writing and handled under appropriate certification. This includes but is not limited to flammable solids, oxidising substances, corrosives, and toxic materials.
